The National IPv6 Centre is Somalia’s flagship institution dedicated to coordinating the nationwide transition to IPv6. Established in 2024 and anchored at Jamhuriya University, the Centre operates under the strategic direction of the NCA, providing a national platform for training, policy guidance, infrastructure readiness, and research in next-generation Internet technologies.
