Overview

The IPv6 Test Lab at the National IPv6 Centre is Somalia’s first dedicated environment for testing, validating, and simulating IPv6 deployments across networks, devices, and services. Located at Jamhuriya University of Science and Technology (JUST), the lab supports ISPs, government agencies, universities, and enterprises in their transition from IPv4 to IPv6. The lab enables stakeholders to test hardware compatibility, dual-stack configurations, routing policies, security protocols, and DNS/DHCPv6 performance — all in a controlled environment.
